HOW IT WORKS: Download the app, create an account, book a ride on your phone, and meet your driver at a nearby corner. Rides are fast to book with estimated arrival times, and you can pay with ORCA, Transit GO Ticket, or credit/debit cards. Youth up to age 18 ride free. Recent reviews

As a frequent and avid metro flex user, as well as a high school student with a job. Metro flex definitely helps with saving money when traveling places to place but the wait times are diabolical to what it used to be. Wait times went from 5-10 minutes to 30-40+ minutes through out the years which is very inconvenient and on top of the long wait, a lot of drivers end up picking up homeless or aggressive people, drive slow, and/or constantly not following gps or going to wrong drop off/pick up locations, which can be insufferable. Especially if you’re running late. If you’re in the Renton/downtown Renton area this happens more frequently than not.
