I’m giving it 4 stars because my results weren’t instant. Week one: nothing. Week two: doubtful. By week three, I noticed more control. Around week five, I jumped on the trampoline with my 6-year-old without worrying the whole time. That alone made the subscription worth it. If you don’t notice a change immediately, stay consistent.

Five moms, ages 38–47, on a girls weekend. One friend casually mentioned she’d been doing pelvic floor workouts on an app and wasn’t leaking during cardio anymore.
