I downloaded this app hoping it would be like Louisiana where you can scan the back of the ID. Unfortunately, it’s not even close. It just adds your information to your profile. 🙁

I’ve tried six different times with two separate identifications to load this app and use it’s failed all six times. The customer service is useless as they don’t respond nor offer a solution to the failures of the application. If there was a zero star rating that be appropriate. Try again guys.
