Long time gym goer and can say without a doubt this program makes too much sense. Walks you through the workouts, keeps logs of your previous lifts, and the best part; regardless if you’re new to the gym or not the videos for each set are a lifesaver for getting the right angles. Can’t recommend this enough!!

I never have given a written review of an app, but I have to just say I have been with this app since it released. It has just gotten better and better. I genuinely love it! I never have to think about what I’m going to do at the gym and it has gotten me shredded. 10/10 app. I always recommend it to my friends. Keep it up! Only suggestion I would give is to be able to switch from lbs to kgs seamlessly with maybe auto conversions.
