I loved the app and have been a subscriber for numerous years. The most recent update is terrible, the new interface is such a novice design that it’s almost unusable. You cannot even sort the workouts by muscle group. Just a massive list to scroll through. It’s a huge step backwards. I love Cory but will be unsubscribing. Hopefully this will eventually be resolved with a new UI design/designer or revert to the previous app design.

CoryG Fitness is extremely educational for those who want to lean or dive into fitness. It contains everything from beginner to expert level exercises and will show you exactly how to do each exercise with video demonstrations! Great diet plans that aren’t difficult to follow or implement. There’s a social feed within the app that has an amazing community helping each other out constantly. Absolutely a top tier fitness app.
