2026-03-26	xr*****		this probly is a nice app for peeps who suffer OCCASIONAL dissociation. as someone with a CDD, we found it to make things worse when using the ground us feature bcuz it only offered the 54321 method just enraged us. that method does not work for all neurotypes! also when we first logged in, we had to answer questions about dissociation levels. we answered honestly and it said we likely have some dissociation present. our lived experience is near constant dissociation so doesn’t seem too reliable. DELETING
