Grounding Now

Grounding is an immediate, powerful way to reduce any intense negative feeling (e.g., anger, stress, depression, anxiety, addiction craving, or impulse to hurt yourself or others). It gives you control over your feelings so you can make good choices. It can be done anytime, anywhere, silently. You can ground on the bus... in the classroom… at work… while waiting on line. There are three types of grounding: mental, physical, and soothing (mind, body, heart). This app is for anyone but is especially helpful for people struggling with mental health or addiction.
