2025-08-21 il***** Edit to add: Today I had a trip booked that apparently did not have a bus attached to the trip. How is it possible to book a trip, supposedly not select a bus type (as HOP cust svc claimed is what happened when i called to inquire as to the lack of bus at arrival time) and then still receive multiple updates about what time my bus would arrive??? If it’s true I neglected to tap on a bus choice, why did the app allow me to complete the trip booking? Why did I receive regular updates about this allegedly non-existent bus arriving? Did I book a phantom bus? Makes no sense and I had to secure other transport to work. I would love a way to edit my trips because when I notice I made an error after booking, I am forced to cancel and re-book. Canceling even more than 24 hours in advance of a pickup time can trigger a message that claims you have canceled within 30 minutes of a pickup and now your account is under review. This is so upsetting and d unreasonable! Please allow us to edit our actual trips after they are booked! What if I decide to leave work a little early? Or I want to go somewhere different after work. Or maybe I accidentally booked the trip for AM instead of PM. I can’t just fix them! Plus I risk losing this amazing privilege of much needed public transportation.

This is unacceptable in this day and age that an app that can be made accessible with VoiceOver just flat out, refuses to be And it’s unacceptable for a pair of transit company like this one who talks a big game about Accessibility that they just want to develop an app and not really test it with VoiceOver very thoroughly.
