I have used Hitch for a long time, and this has been a consistent issue rather than a one-time experience. Drivers rarely arrive at the scheduled pickup time. In many cases, pickups are delayed by 1–2 hours because drivers are still completing previous trips, dropping off passengers at multiple locations far from the next pickup. This results in riders waiting for extended periods with little regard for their time. Customer support has also been disappointing. The only explanation provided is that the driver is busy completing another trip, which does not address the underlying problem. If there are not enough drivers to meet scheduled pickup times, the platform should not continue accepting additional bookings
