Recent reviews

Spent 40 minutes trying to unlock the bike. After multiple attempts and trying different phones, we gave up. Kept saying my customer status was suspended. Then when I tried to call the customer service number I got a message that the phone number is no longer in service. So I submitted a request via the app, no email, no text message just a check mark that says “you request has been submitted”. Okay great, what does that get me? Huge waste of time and effort and still unclear why the accounts were getting suspended. My friends phone worked just fine but she was still unable to add rider so it was pointless all the way around.

I downloaded the app, create an an account and the app tells me I’m in California when I’m in New York. Location service services are set to always and I’ve reinstalled the app twice. Completely unusable in Rochester, New York.
