It took me years to realize that the source of my hip & back pain was pelvic floor dysfunction. Sucking in to wear low rise jeans really did a number to millenials— plus the anterior pelvic tilt we got from trying to pretend we had a j-lo booty. I’m repairing decades of damage— learning how to 360 breathe, to stop clenching other muscles for support. It’s not just the workouts; she starts you with education first. Don’t skip the education section! It’s amazing how much body awareness I’ve gained, in addition to training muscle groups, and that combination has been life changing. My husband even mentioned in the first month that he could see my posture changing.

I have worked out and lifted for decades, then prolapse hit me. It was hard for me, but I stopped all other workouts and focused on this program from the very beginning. I found myself doing the breathing exercises and poses while watching TV at night. Getting back to lifting and sweating in my workouts is rewarding, and my symptoms have decreased. I still have flare ups, up I can work through them and help reset now that I have all these great tools. Thank you so much!
