I’ve been strength training for over half my life and after having two babies back to back I was needing to adjust my programming. I tried this really for the breathing and pelvic floor but I’m still here because I love the workouts too. So glad o found this.

I use this app, as a trainer myself- sometimes a trainer needs a trainer. I have tried many others and this one is by far my favorite! The programming is so well thought out. It’s safe, the workouts are not random and your progress is inevitable. And there are so many different programs to choose from, I’m excited to move on to the next!

This is my third pelvic floor program and the best one I’ve tried. Her education is thorough. The exercise videos are easy to follow along too. It all makes sense now. This is my favorite program!!
