If you’re pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or have been pregnant, buy this membership. I started in my third trimester and DANG! Those third trimester relaxation stretches 🤯 I honestly dismissed them at first because “What can stretches ACTUALLY do?” BUT WOW! I am 35, this is my third pregnancy, and I was already a huge pelvic floor health advocate, so I feel like I know a bit more than the average person in this area. Those stretches COMPLETELY ELIMINATED the pelvic tension I have at the beginning and end of the day. Amazing. I cannot wait to see what V Hive has for the next 10 weeks and then for postpartum recovery.

Amazing pelvic floor workouts for any age & stage! Absolutely love the Vagina Whisperer's tips & workouts & instructions. The app has a lot of things to explore and click on and amazing tips. It's worth the free trial and I would even pay for it to continue if I could!
