I can’t overestimate how much of difference this program has made in my life. I’m 2 years postpartum from my youngest, and I was really struggling to make headway in rebuilding my strength, posture, overall physicality. I would try to ease back into old workouts, but my core, and some other muscles weren’t engaging right. I dealt with pain, and even injury. I started this program slowly, and after a bit, the pain I had from before I began went away and my posture began to straighten up more, my muscles engaged properly. It felt like being rebuilt in a way I didn’t understand how to do before, even with all the postpartum workouts I could find online. Since then, I’ve been building more strength, and dare I say it, even slimming down. Finding a way to rebuild my body has changed so much about how I live life, even my mental state, and given me a passion to keep building on it. I’m enjoying this so much, I don’t even care if I sound gushy. :)

With my first pregnancy I didn’t know what types of workouts were safe to do and I didn’t do many because I lacked direction and motivation. Fast forward to life with 3 kids and little time for myself, HiFive has workouts and programs I can follow that I know are safe and helpful for pregnancy and postpartum, only 5 minutes, plus squads for accountability. Seeing my streaks motivates me to keep going too.
