As well as Pilates fusion with weights and cardio classes, we have it all!

Amazing, realistic and encouraging fitness program for moms! The program provides quick and effective workouts that you can easily do at home with or without your kids. The app gives you meal plans, targeted core work, and her phase 2 program sets you up mentally and physically for success! Miranda is so sweet and was so easy to talk to and ask questions. I did phase 1 and phase 2 of her programs and highly recommend to any mom!

This app and challenge is so great for moms. I was able to tailor my workouts by how much time I had available with my newborn. Miranda is super encouraging and motivating, and makes me want to keep taking more of her classes. 10/10 would recommend!
