I tried out the free trail for my small business and found it really helpful. Once I spent my money for the annual price 149$ I began to get complaints from My customers, and had to still do the work I expected Beside to get done . My text stoped working, AI assistant works when it wants to. Customers are not able to call the number provided. I am loosing money as well as trust for customers . Please be honest before having people invest with this app.

Calls show transcribing for extended periods after a missed call. Calls are shown still in progress long after hanging up. Connecting to a call is hit or miss. Major improvements are needed. This is not reliable in any form. The only benefit is not answering any telemarketers calls.
