2025-04-19	Ha*****	App is full of bugs, Payment issue all the time.Keep getting error meanwhile, my card was being checked multiple times. Even QR codes on bikes dont work properly even in daylight.

2025-02-19	24*****	This app was clearly written by a team that has never actually used their own app. Forgot your password? You won't be able to reset it and the app conveniently also won't tell you what the error is. Try to register using another email? Sorry, you can't do that either, your phone number can only be linked to one account - the one the app won't let you log into. Try both a new email and your office phone? Sorry, the app blocked you because of too many attempts. I'm not surprised that most municipal bike systems use Lyft as their operator - Social Bicycles is clearly incompetent at running even the most basic app.

Also, software glitches sometimes, the bike won’t unlock and just keep showing indicators led running. Price weren’t good, just, overall, wouldn’t purchase the service if I can have the second chance. Waste of $20 for my membership.
