However, reliability issues repeatedly surface: GPS/map data and bike locations are often wrong, unlocking can fail due to scanning or missing QR codes, bikes require maintenance, billing disputes and slow customer support hinder use, and the app crashes frequently. Despite the positive aspects and expansion potential, these consistency problems limit trust and daily usability. Addressing location accuracy, unlock reliability, maintenance, support responsiveness, and app stability would significantly improve the experience.
