MugiBIKE offers comfortable electric bikes in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Bikes feature a low-step frame, a comfortable saddle, reinforced tires, and pedal assist up to 25 km/h - no gears to shift, just hop on and ride.

Use the app to locate nearby stations 24/7, scan the bike's QR code to start a rental, and enjoy GPS navigation for easy routes. You can pause a ride to park, or dock the bike at a station to end it. If you have an issue, report it in-app and contact support by email, phone, or chat. The service is provided by the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz and powered by MoFif (Movus and Fifteen).
