I have tried it twice now and when I try to unlock a bike it just thinks for a while and then it says Checkout error I already brought 3 $10 passes to try to get this to work but it just isn’t happening.

I bought a bike ride yesterday and I went inside somewhere for a couple of minutes and when I came back outside my bike was gone. There was no way for me to lock the bike. I only paid for 2 hours for $15. But now they are trying to charge me $75 because the guy that took my bike was going on a joy ride. There was literally no way for me to cancel anything on the app. I only agreed to pay $15 for 2 hours the bike should have stopped charging me after 2 Hours!
