app FREQUENTLY bugs out and will say that you have a bike checked out when you dont, and you need to contact support to get it resolved. the fact that this occurs as often as it does is absolutely inexcusable. a lot of the bikes are also in poor condition. not worth the subscription at all

I love the pacer bikes, but the app is so bad. you cant refresh without closing it and opening it again. the app has been constantly stuck loading lately forcing me to reinstall it. the app needs some major tlc.
