User Reviews

User reviews show the service and bikes can be good in some cities, but the Android app frequently struggles with registration/login, bike availability/unlock failures, and recurring bugs. Payment issues and mixed customer support experiences further undermine reliability. Overall, the service can be useful, but app reliability and billing frustrations are the dominant complaints.
Pros
  • Bikes and service are appreciated in some cities and the cycling experience is enjoyable (e.g., San Sebastian)
  • In certain contexts the app is described as functional and efficient
  • Some reviews note good overall service separate from app issues
  • Bike quality is perceived as decent in some locations
Cons
  • Registration/login problems (can't register via mobile app; logged out; login failures; 404 errors when creating accounts)
  • Unreliable bike availability/unlock issues (bikes show available but won't unlock; "Station not Found" errors)
  • Frequent app bugs and reliability problems (glitches, spaces in UI, generic errors like "An error has occurred"; unusable app)
  • Payment and billing problems (payments refused; subscription/payment flow failures; incorrect charges/end-time billing)
  • Poor customer service experiences reported by users
Recent reviews
A hassle. Not an easy experience at the kiosk or using the app.

You were good, but you have distribution issues and in 2026, major bugs where full racks of bikes cant be used from the app. no communication to users as well.
