The app kept shutting down and not responding while I was trying to rent the cycle. Also, the condition of the cycle is way worse than you can imagine. I am walking the cycle instead of cycling it. And this cycle was the best of 3 in my nearest station. Kindly check the conditions of all the cycles at the least once a month to keep in business.

App not quickly responding when bike cycle qr code taking extremely longer time for payment or lock opening/closing. Really frustrating.. unable to restart or stop process from extended spinning wheel of app, this problem become nightmare when we need in emergency bike cycle or in mid night riding. There is very few bike cycle facilities available in UTTAR PRADESH's cities.

This is a nice initiative you guys are doing... But it requires a proper service too. I have used in bhopal, and sharing my experience.. 1. Why you always have to maintain 100 rupees in wallet, it's so wrong. 2. Cycles are not properly maintained.... Tyres doesn't have the proper pressure, seats are in worst condition. So maintain the cycles properly. 3. You can make a tin shade on your stands, so cycles could be safe from rain water. 4. Sometimes the lock thing gets stucked.
