Social Bicycles (SoBi) provides innovative bike-share technology to municipal, university, and private programs worldwide. Our GPS-enabled bikes can be rented with a smartphone, and users can return to hub locations or lock them to public racks for a small fee. The SoBi mobile app lets you find bicycles on a map, create an account and pay, reserve bikes wirelessly, manage your account, and contact customer support.

Recent reviews

I use reddy bikeshare. This app will not always register when a bike is locked to a station automatically. You’ll have to open the app and sometimes even press “end ride” manually if you want to ensure that you’re not still paying for time. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Where I’m being charged for time, long after I’ve already locked up a bike, and up until I remember to open the app. I was even charged extra for an incident where I had reported a broken lock. I’ve reached out through the website and via email to see if there was a possibility of getting my money back at least for the broken lock situation. And while I didn’t expect the company to give me a refund, they didn’t even care to respond at all. Super frustrating.
