Cricket does not give extra time to make a bill payment .they just disconnect service only and if needing extra time because of your pay days are different than the bill days cricket will charge to ask for more time to make the payment on time .which doesn’t make any sense if I am asking for more time time that means I or a person does not have the funds to pay anything. Cricket needs to do better .

I’m trying to add lines for my family to get a deal but the orders keep getting cancelled. I started service 2 weeks ago with my new phone. The service and phone are great, but the customer support and store reps are absolutely useless. Also, stores can’t match online deals, but there is no way around the “fraud” detection even if it’s a legitimate purchase. I will be porting out as soon as I’m able to unlock my device.
