User Reviews

User reviews describe a buggy app: crashes on launch or during use, and diary entries often don’t save correctly, requiring reopening. Calendar date navigation is unreliable and some screens go blank. Email export and support are nonfunctional, and data exports are inaccessible. Several reviews note a lack of updates for years, raising compatibility concerns with newer iOS versions. A few users praise the DBT content and the PDF export feature, but bugs largely dominate feedback.
Pros
  • Clear and useful DBT skills training content.
  • PDF diary/report export feature to share with your therapist.
  • Well-organized diary/card structure that some users find easier to navigate.
  • No in-app purchases (no upsell pressure) mentioned by users.
Cons
  • Frequent crashes on startup or during use.
  • Entries often don't save or reflect changes unless the app is reopened.
  • Calendar/date navigation issues (selecting a date can open the prior day; some date-related UI elements may go blank).
  • Email export and support are nonfunctional (email server not responding, export failures, support link issues).
  • App appears outdated with little to no updates for years, raising compatibility concerns with newer iOS versions.

I spent the last of my money to buy this app, to give it a chance. It has been so immensely helpful for me to keep track of my healing and recovery. I am able to customize all of the metrics and add new ones. I would recommend to anybody who has not found the other DBT apps helpful

I can’t graph my targets.

This app may not be optimized for the newer iOS. Opening the app causes it to crash. If you get past the opening stage, anything you click will cause it to crash. Completely unusable after 2025, unfortunately.
