User Reviews

Users praise DBT Coach as a comprehensive, all-in-one DBT toolkit with diary cards, mood tracking, breathing and meditation, plus a helpful AI assistant, often calling it life-changing and worth the subscription. Recurring downsides include stability bugs, data loss, onboarding and premium access frustrations, feature gaps, and uneven content quality. Audio/video issues and login problems also appear. Overall, strong value for many users, but reliability and UX improvements are needed.

I'm getting a lot out of this app, but Diya, the AI coach, every 3rd text is telling me to finish my diary for the day. It's like I can't talk to the ai coach or read what is telling me to do because it keeps interrupting itself to tell me to complete my diary. What would be a helpful conversation completely exhausts me by making me figure out how to exit that prompt to get back to what we were actually talking about that could help me in the moment. But even telling it to stop asking doesn't help. And none of the support buttons or contact buttons in the app work to try to fix it.

So grateful to have this app to remind of intentionally using these life saving skills!

It would be better if you could log an emotion more than once a day. For example if I feel intense anger more than once in a day and use different skills to deal with it, I should be able to document that.
