User Reviews

Users praise DBT Coach as a comprehensive, all-in-one DBT toolkit with diary cards, mood tracking, breathing and meditation, plus a helpful AI assistant, often calling it life-changing and worth the subscription. Recurring downsides include stability bugs, data loss, onboarding and premium access frustrations, feature gaps, and uneven content quality. Audio/video issues and login problems also appear. Overall, strong value for many users, but reliability and UX improvements are needed.

Cons
  • Stability and UX issues: frequent bugs, crashes, stuck screens, and pages that won’t load.

This app has been incredibly useful for me in the last month I’ve used it. Adding it to other support I have, it’s helped me with a large life transition that otherwise would feel unmanageable. Even just practicing the skills when I don’t necessarily “need them” has helped me remember this tool is here and helps. I couldn’t recommend this app more. Side note: The video portion could be developed more during the urge surfing. Right now it’s an awful ai video haha but skill application is powerful.
