It would be better if you could log an emotion more than once a day. For example if I feel intense anger more than once in a day and use different skills to deal with it, I should be able to document that.

I have been going through a lot and needed somewhere easy to put everything my therapist suddenly wanted me to start paying attention to. That feeling was overwhelming enough on its own, and then your app showed up in a search through the App Store, so I downloaded it immediately.
My only wish as a brand-new user — I literally started last night — is for a bit more guidance for someone who has never even heard of most of the skills available. For example, which skills build on other skills, which ones are best to start with, which ones are easiest for most people to use, etc.
My only other issue is the food section, which I’ve seen is a work in progress. Food tracking is a large part of my personal struggles, so I’m going to try to stick it out by adding custom items each time until that section is more fleshed out.
I’m hoping that with consistency, this skill set and this app will help, because I really need something to help me keep going right now.
