We flew TAP air on Sept 2nd, 2026 from Boston to Lisbon because we missed a connecting flight the previous day from Newark because of weather. Our luggage was lost and my wife received hers at 2:30 am on the 11th. I was told they had no information on where my suitcase was. Upon arrival back in the U.S. I received a phone call that my luggage had arrived in Chicago on the same flight we had arrived but we were never notified, hopefully mine will arrive today, Sept 13th 11 days after being lost. On the plane trip over the main course meal was awful(I had pasta and my wife had beef and hers was awful also. On the trip back I tried the beef (awful) and my wife tried the pasta (awful). In addition the flight attendants were surly and basically unhelpful, although I asked for nothing extra-attitude serving meal and drinks unfriendly. I almost told one that if she didn’t like the job get another. My wife and I have been flying Frank for almost 40 years to all parts of the world and this was the worst flight ever. I have never previously ever written a negative review prior to this. I will never fly TAP air again or go through the Lisbon airport!
