The Azul app is not friendly to use at all. It freezes, and it won’t let you input phone numbers outside Brazil. It’s worse than having no app at all.

My flight was changed causing me to miss a Dr appointment and two days of work. This is a Hugh inconvenience and loss of income. And it done with no consideration or compensation from Azul. I had a return trip of 15 hours with layover. Now I have a 24 trip with more than a 12 hour layover. This is unacceptable and a Hugh inconvenience and loss on my part only. Not the airline.

Some of the information to provide are only in Portuguese and not in English such emergency contact all the options are in Portuguese. Or when you have to confirm if your passport in from USA or you need a visa all of it is not translated in English…
