The GOL app is extremely poor and feels completely outdated. It has had the same issues for years, with an experience that is unintuitive, unstable, and far below what you would expect from an airline of this size. What is most frustrating is that the app simply does not allow you to complete basic transactions. Whether you are trying to manage a reservation, make a change, or complete another simple action, you constantly run into errors or are unable to proceed at all. An airline app should make these tasks easier, not prevent customers from completing them. The app clearly needs more investment, maintenance, and real upgrades. GOL urgently needs to modernize it and start treating the digital customer experience as an essential part of its service. This has been a problem for years, and it is long overdue for improvement.

It took more than an hour to do a check-in and I still cannot download my boarding passes..not even the day after, when I have to travel. Very disappointed!
