‏تواصلت مع خدمة عملاء لتأكيد رحلة العودة الخاصة بي فت تفاجأت أنه تم إلغاؤها بدون علم وحينما أخبرتهم أن يؤكدون لي الحجز كي أتمم رحلتي يماطلون ولا يعطوني حل مناسب ‏علما أنني قدمت شكاية الفريق المختص أكثر من مرة وتحدثت مع خدمة عملاء أكثر من مرة وارسلت بريد إلكتروني أكثر من مرة لكن دون جدوى عند الحجز دفعت مصاريف الذهاب والعودة لكن استفدت فقط من الذهاب وتم إلغاء رحلة العودة ولا يودون تعويضي أو إعادة الحجز لي
