Recent reviews

I have been waiting for my refund for OVER TWO YEARS, and this has become completely unacceptable. Every time I contact Mytrip, I get the same response: “Please wait 24–48 hours,” “your case has been escalated,” or “we need more time.” I have waited days, weeks, months, and now YEARS. I contact customer service, they promise to review or prioritize my case, I wait longer than the time they give me, and when I come back, I get another excuse and another request to wait. After more than two years, I still do not have my money. At this point, I don’t want another apology or another 24–48 hour promise. I want my refund. This is by far one of the most frustrating customer-service experiences I have ever had. Customers should not have to chase a company for years to receive money that belongs to them. I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking through Mytrip, especially if there is any possibility you may need a refund
