I booked a ticket recently in July 2026 and i selected my name and now they put my name as Adult and its a last moment and i had to pay extra

I booked tickets for my parents and had purchased additional cancellation coverage. Due to my mother’s health issues, we requested a cancellation well before the departure date. Despite the ticket clearly including cancellation coverage, the company did not honor it and has refused to refund the amount. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially in a genuine medical situation. I would not recommend relying on their cancellation policies, as they were not upheld when needed.
