Do not go with makemytrip as the customer support is really nice and communicates well until you book the trip. Once you book the trip and the money is paid they don’t care. They are supposed to refund me certain amount due to cancellation of an activity and they are not giving a full refund. Even the partial amount hasn’t been refunded back to me and no customer care has been getting back to me and I’ve been trying to reach out for a while now. The person that I talked to initially was also super rude when I was inquiring about the refund.

I cancelled my flight through one of you agent within 24 hrs of booking, agent said refund will credited with 7 business days but it has been more than 2 months and only partial refund is credited. Whenever i tried reach agent they says will get back to you in 24-48 hrs and never get back.

They will book your flight and not even send a confirmation, I received my confirmation email the day before my return flight, they are not to be trusted, different sites are better. I am sitting in Qatar right now and writing this, while my flight has been canceled becuz it was booked on standby by the agency (MAKEMYTRIP) just save yourself the headache.
