Trip.com: Book Flights, Hotels

Do NOT book through Trip.com. This was hands down the most psychotic interaction I have ever had with a company. * Vendor Fraud: I booked a guided tour that was butchered by 50% because the local vendor failed to secure the required entry tickets. To cover their tracks, the tour staff literally tried to force guests to sign BLANK satisfaction surveys during the tour. * Broken Refund Loop: Trip.com acknowledged the issue and emailed me offering a full refund, telling me to simply reply "accept." The catch? They sent the email from an unmonitored "do-not-reply" address. When you reply, it vanishes into the void, triggering an endless automated loop of the exact same message. * Scare Tactics: When I filed a chargeback with my bank, Trip.com turned around and sent automated emails falsely claiming my payment was "declined" and demanding I cancel the bank dispute. Instead of fixing their own broken systems or auditing their scammy vendors, they rely on automated scare tactics to keep your money. I got my funds back through my bank instantly, but I will never use this app again. Stick to reputable platforms.

absolute scammers, they make sure to hide fees, stating refunds and lying on the airlines saying the airlines are collecting fees when all reality their are the ones keeping the money. even though my cancellation was to book another more expensive flight through their website. then offering 1500 trip coins $15! this will be the last time i go through these type of websites. ridiculous, you spend thousands of dollars and they cant even do good business. i cancelled my flight for a more expensive flight and i am charged a fee when it stated that i would receive a refund but they keep some of the money, samething priceline does. will be the last time i give these people my money. completely understandable when your cancelling for a cheaper flight or booking through someone else! $128 to lose a loyal customer ! thats greed
