Good luck getting a hold of their HORRIBLE customer service. I've been trying to contact them for a refund for an error on THEIR END for days and I'm getting bs answers and hung up on! I wanted to be loyal to this horrible company but now? KEEP THEM THE HELL AWAY! Booking.com is a total scam.
