2026-07-13	Al*****	This is one of the worst apps. I have ever used their customer service is nonexistence. They keep you on hold for a long period of time. You cannot get a resolution as a customer as they always favour. The hotel that you are staying at no matter how incorrect the hotel is. Their policies are aligned to the hotel and not to their customers. Do not book through this app. Please find other bookings where they will respond to a customer.

2026-07-13	JL*****	We reserved our beach hotel through booking.com and were excited thinking we were booking the same room we had last year. Unfortunately, upon arrival and check in we walked into our room and it was not at all the same room we had last year. The pictures booking.com provided were false and inaccurate rooms to what we had apparently booked. They showed me top floor terrace balcony photos. When I went back to the front desk to correct the room she told me that what I booked was almost street level walk out balcony and that there was nothing she could do because the rooms I thought I had booked, the rooms booking.com had pictured were all already reserved. I’ll be deleting my account after this.

2026-07-13	Sc*****	This platform is a rip off and they are very unprofessional. You cannot speak to an individual. All you get is AI. I had 2 reservations pulled up at the same time and did not realize I chose the wrong one until the reservation had already been made. I attempted to contact Bookings immediately and explain what happened. I asked for a refund and they lied and said it was up to the property itself. And they had to receive written confirmation from the property. I contacted the hotel myself and they informed me it was up to Bookings. Com because they made the reservation. After reading several other reviews I realized this platform was not good. Save yourself some trouble DONT USE BOOKING. COM for ANYTHING. It’s TERRIBLE. Go read some reviews for yourself
