This app is the worst app I’ve ever seen. There’s no way to make a teen or kid account. Customer Service does not work. I don’t get why people use this app. It sucks so bad about to go on a flight and get zero entertainment because I can’t make a account for my son. Worst Dam app I’ve ever seen.

Tried numerous times to log into and keeps crashing. Hopefully they get this bug resolved.

Another airline, another app that doesn’t work properly. Full of bugs, difficult to navigate, download links that don’t work, and a nightmare to type. I’d avoid flying Copa as much as possible just so that I never have to use this awful app ever again
