I started using Orbitz in 2002 before an “app” was even invented! And let me tell you I have tried soooooo many times to beat their prices and after years of failing I just gave up and now it’s just “straight to Orbitz” I tell everyone about them! Well needless to say we are 48 hours from our next Orbitz trip and as per usual the best deal available. This is a 100% honest no b.s. review. We normally use the Indianapolis airport for departure or o’hare rarely so maybe some other areas don’t work as well but I highly doubt that! Then the ease of which they make everything is even more helpful! Orbitz, thank you for continuing such an amazing service! I’m a customer for LIFE1

I mistakenly booked the wrong night for a hotel. When I arrived they told me that since I had booked through Orbitz, the date could be moved but only by Orbitz. Orbitz support proceeded to lie to me and say it was against the hotel policy to change dates. Book directly from the hotel and skip an intermediary willing to lie to you.

I have had so many problem with this company over the years. They refuse to resolve anything and constantly contradict themselves. Sadly it’s preferred by my work so I’m stuck using it until I can convince them otherwise.
