Recent reviews

I have now spent over six hours in total trying to resolve an issue that was caused by Expedia’s duplicate baggage charge. This has been ongoing since December 2025. I genuinely believed the matter had been resolved when I accepted the OneKeyCash credit, only to later discover that it has significant restrictions and cannot be used for the flight I need. Today, after spending another hour with customer support, I still have not received a fair solution. I simply want to use the credit I was given for your mistake, but I can’t. This has been an exhausting and very disappointing experience.

Constantly getting connection issues and claims I don’t have Internet connection, but all my other apps working just fine. Get your act together and stop trying to blame the internet.
