Recent reviews

Had a bad experience at a hotel. Hotels.com would not help in a reimbursement. They said since they already paid the hotel they wouldn’t get back their money so they can’t give me back mine. Way better experience with hotel tonight. Was contacted to update my review and speak to hotels.com already did they couldn’t not help they said the hotel already took the money so they couldn’t help me.

My first time going to El Paso and staying here at the hotel was a good experience. The room was clean. Everything was in there that I needed. It was quiet. You didn’t have to worry about your vehicle. Everything was very good. I really enjoyed my stay.
