I am absolutely disgusted with Travelocity. I had a flight cancellation and was told that my wife and I had credits of $198 each. I went to book a flight with the credits. The Travelocity agent, who spoke virtually unintelligible English first told me there would be a $100 fee discounted from the credit. Then she told me the price of the flight i was seeking to book was over $150 more than the price for the same flight on the airline website. When I said this to her she “ only price I see on screen,”. The whole idea of Travelocity is to save money. I feel swindled and I am furious about. Avoid these crooks.
