Web Help Desk Mobile enables your Apple iOS device to receive SMS text messages from SolarWinds Web Help Desk each time a customer ticket is created or updated.

Web Help Desk Mobile is not a standalone application. To receive SMS text messages, you must have a user account on a supported server running SolarWinds Web Help Desk version 12.1 or later and an Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) certificate. You can download SolarWinds Web Help Desk and the latest APNS certificate from the SolarWinds Customer Portal at https://customerportal.solarwinds.com.

SolarWinds Web Help Desk is a web-based automated ticketing solution that helps you manage your IT support requests for both internal and external clients. This solution supports email ticket creation, automatic ticket assignment and escalation, asset management, and incident and problem management. You can download a trial version of SolarWinds Web Help Desk at https://webhelpdesk.com.

This hasn’t been updated in forever. Won’t send emails and won’t function properly. I just resort to visiting WHD on my phone through Chrpme and view it through desktop mode.

Solar winds has all but stopped innovating or updating their app. This product looks like it is still running iOS4 I am not sure why they still have an app on the store if they are going to let it linger in this garbage state.
