You have made it impossible to use this app. No matter how many times I try I cannot authenticate my HKID because of the utmost most stupid authentication process is required the glare of a flashlight into a tiny box. Who comes up with stupid stuff like that? What is the point of having an app Of It’s impossible to use?

I hope Citigold and Citigold Private Client could have their unique icon. Also, there seems to be a system glitch where one has to re-login using one time SMS if not “properly” sign out of the app.
