Recent reviews
The Citi flex pay option was not eligible on my most recent Costco purchase and chatted on the mobile app to find out why and they just repeated the verbiage that is on the flex pay page with no resolution so when I called I spoke to a Kelsey who was rude and talked over me and tried to convince me that the only resolution was closing my account without offering any possible reconciliation and had no idea if there was a retention department or not. Then when I asked to talk to supervisor and asked again repeatedly for her to stop talking over me she hung up the call.I am writing corporate that that’s who they have representing their company. I have pulled all CDS and will look into canceling my Costco membership since they are associated with Citi bank and will out open any new accounts with them.
