You can view real-time balances and recent activity, freeze or unfreeze debit cards, and deposit checks with mobile capture for same-day credit on deposits made by 10 pm ET. You can also transfer funds between Citizens accounts or to non-Citizens accounts, and send money securely with Zelle.

Pay all your bills in one place, review payment history, and manage payments. The extension supports the Citizens Bank Online Guarantee for protection. Disclosures apply to Zelle transfers: both parties must have eligible accounts and transfers are typically completed in minutes.

Please put the ability to freeze my card back in the app. I like to keep my card frozen when not in use and l can’t do that because when I go to manage card I’m prompted to activate a new debit card that I haven’t received yet. When I get the new card I will activate it but until I receive it I do not want my current card unfrozen! Please fix this immediately
