After login, core actions are nonfunctional and searches can white-screen or lose results

Support access is difficult (phone/automated system freezes) and the website is messy

Seems like the app”s functionality was coded by a high schooler,takes forever to load,overlaps the functions/pages,action tabs are useless,you cannot properly view or download cards,it only takes one hour the most to fix these issues but i guess metroplus is too busy running old school ads in subways
