Recent reviews
Been using for over a year. My work schedule includes multiple shift changes per week and prior to using this app I was never getting the sleep I needed. For many years I was constantly drinking caffeine to stay awake, melatonin to fall asleep. I was never able to maintain a schedule outside of work because I never knew when I was going to be too tired. This app makes it super easy to make changing sleep schedules manageable. I only give it 4 stars because it does not include a good time to exercise.
