I love using this app because I’ve actually progressed in learning some calisthenics skills. It’s been 7 months and I’ve learned to do ring dips and L sit. The progression in difficulty is easy enough to maintain—challenging but not so much that I get frustrated and quit. Looking forward to seeing what skills I’ll be able to do by the time my 1 year subscription is over. I’ll likely sign up again. I’ve tried several calisthenics apps and this one i seem to be able to stick to.

Look, I won’t pay for this past the free trial because I’m a cheapskate, but I’ve tried almost all of the workout apps and if you’re looking for a calisthenics style workout that will ACTUALLY challenge you and provides very smart advancement AI, this is the one. I alternate between calisthenics and weight training for 6 month periods. I get stronger on some lifts during my weight training phase, but my overall physique just doesn’t look as good as it does during my calisthenics phases. If I had to pay for one calisthenics app, this would be the one. But I probably won’t. Maybe I will. It would be the first one I paid for if I did.

This app continues to get better and better! I love the programming that builds in progressive overload and now offers the opportunity to design your own workouts. I’ve been using this app religiously for over a year, very motivating to advance from level to level. Started level 17, now level 24!
