User Reviews
Pros
- Very strong, personalized progression and plans that adapt to your goals and equipment.
- Huge library of calisthenics/bodyweight exercises and progressions with clear video demonstrations.
- Clear focus on calisthenics and movement quality; tracks strength and flexibility across body parts.
- Rich features like body-part highlighting visuals and a reliable timer; frequent updates and good support.
- Free version offers substantial workouts and the option to add your own exercises; good value.
Cons
- Beginner-friendliness is lacking; progressions can be too advanced with big jumps, making it hard for beginners or some older users.
- Progression pacing and rest periods are not configurable; users want adjustable rate (e.g., slower progression, longer rests).
- Editing or customizing workouts could be easier; the UI for editing isn't intuitive.
- Some UX quirks like auto-advancing to the next exercise before finishing a set.
- Occasional usability confusion for new users / learning curve.

I love the amount of workouts this app has, the difficulty rating, the ability tree, the way you can edit workouts and organize routines, for me probably the only thing that needs to be polished is the recommended workouts after finishing a routine because it doesn’t always show a workout that is useful to the muscles group you are working with or sometimes ir recommends and easy variant, but in any case that is not a major issue and you can easily correct it or just keep using the workout you are currently doing. In the other hand you have more than a thousand workouts and they are easy to find and add to your routine which effectively makes this app the best I have tried for fitness.
Last but not least, it hast a one payment option which is a excellent option, specially in these days that everyone is asking for annual, monthly or even weekly predatory subscriptions, which I personally hate.

I love the ease of which to create plans, but my question is if we’re able to target specific areas when creating a plan. Specifically, my low back needs more attention than other areas due to back pain, and I know the muscles there and around the core need more work than my arms or legs. Is there a way to target areas when creating a plan?
