I was disappointment in the total time for each workout. I set up beginner than intermediate than advance only to find out running in place for 15 minutes is included in each level. A shorter, more effective 28 day challenge would be more appealing to me

When I tried to contact them it said someone could be impersonating the app to get my info. Also no 28 day challenge as advertised in App Store. Very poor. Don’t waste your time or money

Thought this was calisthenics exercises but all simple body weight exercises and not an app to build on your calisthenics technique and form
